MTC Works provides employers with a vast array of services to meet their business and employment needs. Employers have access to Interview Stream, a virtual program to conduct interviews with numerous candidates. MTC Works provides interview rooms, computer labs, training facilitators, audio visual equipment, and employment retraining to applicants. MTC Works is a strategic partner of Profiles International, a world leader in employment evaluation and assessments.
MTC Works offered rapid response employment retraining and relocations to three companies during fiscal year 2010. These employer partners each had significant layoffs of 50 or more employees:
- Boise Paper Solutions
- Hampton Affiliates Lumber
- Weyerhaeuser Company
Additionally, MTC Works provided training grant funding to:
