MTC Announces New Senior Vice President

(CENTERVILLE, Utah)– Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sergio Molina as new senior vice president of business development and administration.

Mr. Molina has served as the warden of MTC’s Gadsden Correctional Facility in Quincy, Florida, for the past three years. In this newly-created position at the corporate office in Centerville, Sergio will oversee several key departments including communications, contract administration, development, human resources, information systems, and legal.

Prior to coming to MTC, Mr. Molina worked for the Illinois Department of Corrections for 25 years where he started as a correctional officer. Mr. Molina worked his way up to warden and was then promoted to several key state administrative positions that gave him broad experience in communications, operations, government affairs, budgeting, legal, and human resource issues. At the time he left the Illinois Department of Corrections, Mr. Molina was serving as executive assistant to the director.
