MTC provides effective and proven training programs that result in students obtaining their high school diplomas or an equivalency and earning industry-recognized certifications in a wide variety of professional fields leading to jobs. MTC’s Education & Training division has the resources, knowledge, and expertise to successfully move students from the classroom to the job market. All we do is centered on helping young people obtain the education and training credentials and life skills they need to be fully qualified for the job market and contributing members of their communities.

Their centuries of experience result in top-performing Job Corps centers allowing students to earn academic and training credentials that lead to quality jobs.
MTC’s caring and Knowledgebase staff are committed to providing students the opportunity to change their lives. MTC provides extensive training to its 3,561 employees through its proprietary supervisory, management, and executive training programs. Additionally, MTC hosts academic, technical training, social development, finance, human resources, and other conferences to ensure our employees are current on the latest innovative trends and proven practices.
Positive Student Outcomes
MTC measures its success by student achievement. Each month, MTC closely tracks key performance measurements including how many students graduate with diplomas, industry-recognized certifications, and full-time jobs. Annually, MTC helps more than 8,200 students find meaningful jobs, enroll in higher education, or enroll in the military.
MTC’s career technical training is aligned with current industry standards. We partner with UPS, Marriott, Lowes, Home Depot, Amtrak, Wells Fargo and others. These partnerships provide students with internship opportunities that lead to full-time employment.
